Save the world!

You play one of four continents that contribute to a 20-step plan to save the world. But be careful: You must watch out not to sabotage plans of your allies. In the same way it is possible to support the others!

Rules

The lower left number on each card (attack) is the contribution to the step in the plan the card is placed. It can increase or decrease the contributions of their neighbors according to its effect. The neighborhood can consist of cards to the left and to the right of the card. There are four colors: red, blue and green, with a certain relationship (see below). This decides whether the effect value is added or subtracted.
